As the culminating project, you (while being mentored by your professor) will write and prepare a non-empirical paper for submission to a peer reviewed conference, hopefully launching your academic publishing career. Within the curriculum, faculty will assist you in the examination and implementation of the skills necessary to write and publish professional papers for international conferences. ![]() Students graduate with well-developed skills in global leadership, critical thinking, academic writing, and qualitative and quantitative research method understanding and application.Įach professor within the program is a recognized content expert within the course that they teach. Key elements of the curriculum include globalization, individual and group behaviors, organizational cultural and change, systems thinking, innovation, cross-cultural communication and social responsibility.
